I believe that each patient is unique and deserves a treatment plan tailored to meet his or her individual needs, and I am passionate about providing outstanding service to my patients. As a medical psychologist, I can provide counseling, medication management and psychological assessments all in one place. I also routinely coordinate care with other professionals for patients who are already receiving some of these services elsewhere.

​I have a special interest in helping professionals overcome burnout, young adults transition to adulthood and individuals process grief in healthy ways.  I enjoy working with adults to improve communication skills and change interpersonal patterns to improve their overall relationships. Over the past 11 years, I have also been successful in helping many patients manage depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, manic and hypomanic episodes, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other mental health issues to lead happier and more productive lives.

As a therapist, I strive to create an environment that is warm and collaborative. In my work with adults, I tend to focus on the thoughts, behaviors and interpersonal patterns that contribute to individual problems but that can also be the key to lasting growth and change. I believe that examining these factors, considering individual strengths and working together can help many people to achieve and sustain improvement in the areas of their lives that are troubling to them.  ​

As an evaluator, my approach to psychological assessment is strongly influenced by my unique psychological and legal training. Such training helps me to approach all evaluations with an unbiased attitude and analytical framework resulting in evaluations that are accurate and impartial.
